“Destiny is not a matter of chance, but of choice. Not something to wish for, but to attain.”
About
I’m an AI product leader focused on building human-centered, responsible machine learning systems that serve billions of users around the world. Currently, I lead human evaluation strategy for Apple Podcasts within Apple’s Human-Centered AI team in the Services Engineering organization.
My work sits at the intersection of product thinking, data science, and user experience. I specialize in the evaluation and deployment of advanced AI systems in Search, Personalization, and Generative AI—ensuring that new features are not only innovative, but also intuitive, inclusive, and grounded in real human needs.
At Apple, I’ve helped shape and launch first-of-their-kind AI experiences, integrating human insight into the AI development lifecycle through rigorous offline testing and qualitative evaluation frameworks. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to make complex machine learning systems transparent, measurable, and aligned with Apple's values of privacy, quality, and impact.
Before joining Apple, I contributed to applied AI initiatives at Scale AI, working on high-integrity data pipelines and annotation programs that support trustworthy model training and evaluation. My foundation in product analytics, UX research, and experimentation is supported by academic experience at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and Saint Mary’s College of California.
Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about the ethical and social dimensions of artificial intelligence. I actively support opportunities to mentor, guest lecture, or volunteer with mission-driven organizations focused on AI for good, tech accessibility, or inclusive innovation.
If you're exploring ways to make AI more human-aware, socially responsible, or product-driven, I'd love to connect.
